Help, any time
The National Problem Gambling Helpline is free and confidential, and answers by call, text and online chat, 24 hours a day, every day of the year: 1-800-MY-RESET (1-800-697-3738), or chat at ncpgambling.org.
It is not a crisis line. If you or someone close to you is in crisis, call 911 or 988.
Where you live
Every state has its own services. The National Council on Problem Gambling lists them on its Help by State page. Not sure whether it applies to you? Its short self-assessments are a quiet place to start.
What Embalo can’t do
Embalo has no connection to any sportsbook, so it cannot limit or block betting there. To set limits or exclude yourself, use your sportsbook’s own tools, or your state’s self-exclusion program where it has one. Embalo is for people 21 or older.
